Unarmed Private Security Renewal Training
The private security ID card is valid for 5 years. If you want to keep working as an unarmed private security officer, you need to complete renewal training and renew your card before it expires. Çamlıca Private Security Training Institution runs renewal training for unarmed card holders.
Who Can Enrol?
The programme is for officers who work with an unarmed private security ID card and need to renew it. You can check with us when you should enrol based on your card's expiry date.

- If you do not yet have an ID card, you can start with the 100-teaching-hour Unarmed Private Security Basic Training for unarmed duty, or the 120-teaching-hour Armed Private Security Basic Training for armed duty.
General Requirements
Article 10 of Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services sets out the following general requirements for private security officers:
- Being a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye
- Having reached the age of 18
- Having completed at least eight years of primary or lower-secondary education for unarmed duty, or having graduated from at least high school or an equivalent school for armed duty
- Having no physical or mental illness or disability that could prevent the performance of the duty
- Having no conviction for the offences listed in the law, and a favourable outcome of the security investigation
